  • By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

  • HealMe24 and Ms. Kanchan Ralekar will not be liable for any medical or psychiatric consequences arising from failure to seek proper care.

3. No Guarantees of Results

  • All services, advice, or insights offered are subjective and based on judgment arising from the information shared by you .
  • No result, outcome, or improvement is guaranteed.
  • You agree not to hold HealMe24 or any of its affiliates liable for dissatisfaction or perceived lack of benefit.

4. Limitation of Liability (Full Release)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release and hold harmless HealMe24, its owners, affiliates, and team from any and all liability, claims, damages, or consequences arising from:

  • Use or misuse of this website or any content herein
  • Actions taken (or not taken) based on counseling or communication
  • Technical errors, data loss, breach, or service interruptions
  • Emotional, psychological, or social distress arising from sessions or materials

You agree to indemnify and defend HealMe24 at your own cost if any legal claim arises from your use of our services.

5. Client Conduct and Termination Rights

  • HealMe24 reserves full discretion to deny or discontinue services to any user for any reason, including:
    • Disrespectful behavior
    • Harassment
    • Boundary violations
    • Non-compliance with professional ethics or these Terms
  • No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases.
  • You agree to Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during consultations.
  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the practitioner or other clients.
  • Understand that services may be declined or terminated at the sole discretion of Ms. Kanchan Ralekar if these Terms are violated or if therapeutic alliance is deemed unfit.

6. Confidentiality Exceptions

While confidentiality is maintained to the best of our ability, you acknowledge that:

  • No communication over the internet is 100% secure
  • Confidentiality will be broken without notice if there is:
    • Risk to life, health, or safety
    • Abuse, violence, or criminal suspicion
