1. Family Counselling /Relationship Counselling/ Marriage Counselling

• Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors can avail of the session with parental or legal guardian consent.
• The session is available only for in-person counseling at our center located at C10 Ground Floor, Magnet Mall, Bhandup, Mumbai. Make sure to book your counseling session in advance.
• Session is offered via online therapy as well from the comfort of your home.

2. Booking and Appointment

• The counselling session must be booked in advance by calling +91-98336 48554
• Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Session Details

• The first session serves as an introductory consultation. Be prepared for your counseling session by gathering any relevant information beforehand.
• The session may include an initial assessment, discussion of concerns, and guidance on further therapy if required.
• Each session is payable in advance.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All sessions adhere to professional confidentiality guidelines. Your information will remain private and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
