Hi, I’m Kanchan Ralekar. I am a practicing psychologist. I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds. These include Corporate Executives, Bankers, and Lawyers. I have also engaged with Tribal communities in the remote regions of Vidarbha. This experience has profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience, cultural diversity, and the unique challenges faced by underserved populations.

In my practice, I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space. I utilize my expertise as a psychologist, which is tailored to your unique needs. In marriage and relationship counselling, I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For managing stress and anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches. Mindfulness practices and trauma-informed care are used to provide tools. These approaches provide insights that foster meaningful growth and healing.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My time working in remote and resource-limited areas taught me valuable lessons. I learned the importance of addressing mental health in culturally sensitive and holistic ways. Meeting people where they are is crucial to support them effectively.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time in nature. I explore creative outlets and continually learn to refine my psychologist practice. Whether you’re seeking support for personal challenges or you want to explore your potential, I’m here to offer guidance. I will walk alongside you in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to reach out. I’d be honored to support you. Together, we can work to to create for you a more fulfilling and balanced life. I provide Online Counselling as well. Please click the link Online Counselling to know more
